Wasn't This Group On Yahoo Groups Before?
Yes it was, but in mid 2016 Yahoo Groups began experiencing large issues with delays in email delivery. It took weeks, but eventually it was determined that Yahoo was no longer supporting Yahoo Groups, so a new hosting platform was needed. And here we are on groups.io as a result.
All the old messages were transferred from Yahoo Groups to groups.io, as were all the users.
Email attachments were not transferred, sadly, so some images and attached documents that were part of emails between 2010 (when 95033talk was founded) and September 2016 will not be present on groups.io. However, most email in 95033talk has no attachments, so that really shouldn't be a huge problem.
